I first met Yvette Karan in 2009 when I was vulnerable and lacking direction in my life. She transformed my outlook and helped me discover a greater awareness of myself and others around me. This fuelled my interest in Reiki and prompted me to participate in one of her courses. Yvette is an outstanding holistic practioner with exceptional intuitive powers. She has been my inspiration.

Prior to having my Reiki sessions I suffered from extreme tiredness and headaches on a daily basis and also a very painful hip condition. Although Reiki has not cured these conditions, it has made them a lot less severe and more manageable. Reiki didn't make massive changes overnight, they were much more subtle and spread out, but over time the changes have been considerable and long lasting.
