I have found the Hopi ear candle sessions with John very relaxing and therapeutic. I especially enjoyed the added bonus of a facial massage.

Distance Reiki - I was introduced to distance healing sessions by John. Although I have not got a clue as to how it works, I find these sessions amazing and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very unsure about what Reiki was and what to expect, but John made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. Although I didn't have any major health issues prior to the treatment I did have a lot going on at that time, and thanks to the Reiki found it a lot easier to handle the situations and to relax. Definitely worth while and I would recommend it.
